Position 1: Technical Sales- Eastern Region of US

Job Title: Regional Technical Sales Manager
Job Description:
Perform activities necessary to maintain and support existing customers and to promote, support and expand the customer base in the industrial eastern US.

Requirements:
1. 3 – 5 years industrial automation tech-sales experience with SCADA, PLCs, HMIs and data communications
2. Excellent English verbal and written skills
3. 50-60% travel, primarily within Eastern US required
4. Organized and highly motivated customer oriented sales person
5. Located in any of the Eastern states to facilitate coverage

Degree in RF or electrical engineering desired, or applications engineer or equivilent industrial automation sales experience
Reports to Global Sales Manager.

Position 2: Bookkeeper-Office Manager

Job Title: Bookkeeper-Office Manager
Job Description:
The successful applicant for the Bookkeeper/Office Manager position will be responsible primarily for general accounting functions in our Bellevue, WA office.

Requirements & Responsibilities:

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• AA degree with a minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in the accounting field or 1 year with Bachelors Degree required
• General Ledger, Journal Entries and cash management,-tracking companywide expenses, A/R and A/P to assist Corporate Accountant to generate quarterly and yearly tax statements
• Bank Reconciliations
• Financial Reporting and Analysis
• Assist with Budgeting and Forecasting
• Assist with consolidating bi-monthly time sheets and running payroll
• Reconcile expense sheets
• May perform a variety of administrative projects
• Intermediate experience with Excel
• Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingual a plus
